公民考试：
大约4-8个月后您会收到公民服务中心的信，告诉您什么时间，地点，必备的文件去考试。需要注意的是，由于这一段时间较长，而且具体时间难以预料，所以当您搬家的时候，一定要提早通知公民中心办事处。

考试程序：
稍微提前一点到达指定地点等候，到点后进入考场，通常由50-60人一起考试。首先考官宣布一些注意事项，然后逐个叫到前面，问一些基本的问题，查核所要求的文件，发给答卷纸。等所有的人都面试完了。发给试卷，开始考试。
总共有20题，很简单，但需要注意的是前四个问题是关于选举权和被选举权，选举的程序，怎样注册，加拿大历史、地理及公民的权利和义务。是必须答对的，错一个也不能通过。前四个问题正确，错题总数不超过12个就可以通过。
考完试就回家等着唱歌把。
公民宣誓:
考试通过后，获通知参加公民宣誓，14岁以上均参加宣誓。宣誓时承诺:效忠女皇，遵守加拿大法律和实行加拿大公民的一切职责。宣誓后即得到公民证及一纪录你的入籍文件。如因故不能参加宣誓，可申请延期，否则将被取消申请。

1、What are the rights and responsibilities of a citizen?
The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms sets out the democratic rights and
fundamental freedoms of all Canadians. Some rights are essential for Canadian
citizens:
the right to vote or to be a candidate in federal and provincial elections;
the right to enter, remain in or leave Canada;
the right to earn a living and reside in any province or territory;
minority language education rights (English or French); and
the right to apply for a Canadian passport.
Canadian citizenship also implies the following responsibilities:
to obey Canadas laws;
to vote in the federal, provincial and municipal elections;
to discourage discrimination and injustice;
to respect the rights of others;
to respect public and private property; and
to support Canadas ideals in building the country we all share.
2、Who is entitled to apply for Canadian citizenship?
